But why switch from the copy center in an office supply store to a dedicated printer like me?
Quality - I care about the quality of each order because it will keep your business. I make sure orders are correct the first time because I can't afford trash cans worth of "spoilage" on a daily basis (unlike office supply copy centers).
Customer Service - Lets see a show of hands for customers who have submitted an order to an office supply copy center, received a notice saying that it was going to be worked on soon, then got to the copy center to find out your order hadn't been looked at yet. It's happened to me! I don't have an overwhelming customer base which allows me to focus on each customer and each order.
Price - At an office supply copy center, not only is their department pulling the weigh of a portion of the stores sales, but each machine is under contract. Which means the cost for them is really high. Since I buy my machines outright, I'm able to keep my overhead low and pass those cost savings to my customers.
Free Delivery - How can you beat free delivery? That's not a service I've found anywhere else in the Pittsburgh area.
