Customer Service - Lets see a show of hands for customers who have submitted an order to an office supply copy center, received a notice saying that it was going to be worked on soon, then got to the copy center to find out your order hadn't been looked at yet. It's happened to me! I don't have an overwhelming customer base which allows me to focus on each customer and each order. Price - At an office supply copy center, not only is their department pulling the weigh of a portion of the stores sales, but each machine is under contract.
